Ben is responsible for the company’s overall strategic direction, the growth and development of the business, and is proactive in the development of Global Link Construction’s leadership team.
He is passionate about property development and Construction, if you can Dream it – He can develop it.
Ben brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, accrued over the past 20 years in the property industry. He has worked on major construction projects for different development firms and was Estate Manager for one of the exclusive estates in Cape Town’s Big Bay.
Ben holds a financial business management diploma from Stellenbosch University. Currently, he is expanding his expertise with the University of Cape Town in strategic business management.
Maria Rambauli a Global Link Group non- executive director is an accomplished business woman; a strategic, independent thinker and a social entrepreneur.
Through her career she has successfully managed various challenging and large scale projects where her passion to perform has enabled her to design and deliver innovative holistic solutions to business challenges.
Maria is passionate about woman empowerment and their full participation in business across all sectors of the economy to improve the quality of life for families and their communities.
Through her association with large national and international companies, she has depth in managing and leading high performing teams; growing business in a profitable and a sustainable manner; and innovating for future success.
Amongst her qualifications, she has completed Master’s Degree in Business Leadership (UNISA), a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Psychology (MEDUNSA) and a Masters Diploma in Human Resource Management (UJ- University of Johannesburg) and Management Advanced Program from WITS.
Ria Fouche is a sale Executive of Global Project Solutions in charge of sales in the Durban Ville, Parklands North, and Hout Bay and Bantry Bay area.
She brings 20 years of knowledge and experience of the tourism industry. Her financial aptitude was accomplished through her employment with the major five banks as a process analyst.
Ria passed the Estate Agency Affairs Board exam and started working as a property professional in Pretoria. With her entrepreneurial spirit, she relocated to Cape Town to establish her own business. She has an esteemed sales track record in the Parklands North area.
For the past three years, she has specialized in plot and plan and turnkey projects and has worked exclusively for Global Project Solutions. She holds all the company mandates and handles all sales queries, pre-approves clients; liaises with bond originators, architects, builders, and attorneys.
She holds an NQF5 exemption qualification as well as a Sectional Title Specialist Realtor qualification through the University of Cape Town.
